We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Training Manager to lead our Enterprise Sales Training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Enterprise trainers and setting the strategic direction and vision for our sales training programs. This role requires a visionary leader with a passion for developing talent and driving sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Leadership and Management:

    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise trainers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

  • Strategy and Vision:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the company's sales goals and objectives.
    • Set the vision for the Enterprise Sales Training program, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business.

  • Program Development:

    • Design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs and materials for the Enterprise sales team.
    • Continuously assess and improve training programs to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work closely with sales leadership and other key stakeholders to identify training needs and priorities.
    • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to enhance training initiatives.

  • Performance Measurement:

    • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Analyze training data and feedback to make informed decisions and improvements.

  • Budget Management:

    • Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Must possess experience in the biotech industry and understand genetic testing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, with at least 2 years as a Sales Training Manager.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Consistently exceeds company-established goals or MBOs.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in training software (Seismic) and tools.
  • Knowledge of the genetic testing industry.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
