Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in North Mankato, MN.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Designs, develops, and tests all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery (cradle to grave project oversight).
  • Apply knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as product conveying systems, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
  • May be involved in fabrication, operation, application, installation, and/or repair of mechanical products.
  • Work with a project team to develop concepts and design solutions for automated and robotic equipment.
  • Resolve design and functional issues that arise during system setup and installation.
  • Work collaboratively with the Mechanical/Automation Engineer team and Machine Shop.

You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related and 2+ years of experience in the field
  • Knowledge of Design, Automation, and Mechanical Assembly
  • Experience with 3D Modeling software
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Print Industry Experience
  • Manufacturing Experience
  • Experience in AutoCAD/Inventor

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - 80,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employee.
