THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN THE US.

Responsibilities



  • Provide creative leadership with clients, influence vision, and align the team behind you to create the motivation and passion which delivers "best in class" creative work on projects in a timely manner.
  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the creative process.
  • Interface with the creative team, internal account teams, and clients to develop innovative yet intuitive creative solutions that address complex business, marketing, and user needs through a variety of channels.
  • Concept and direct leading creative work for major accounts in multiple marketing media and disciplines.
  • Oversee the narrative and visual development of the idea in collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Manage the creative process for large-scale projects, tight deadlines, and high volume of work with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Possess the presence and experience to interface at the executive level, developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Strong skills in written and verbal communication, visual presentation, and meeting facilitation in both individual and group settings.
  • Generate and present thought leadership on behalf of the agency.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with all company departments, with particular emphasis on a team approach to projects.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with an experiential marketing agency with a particular focus in brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns and mid-large integrated event experiences.
  • Expert knowledge of the creative process and a minimum of 3 to 5 years leading multidisciplinary creatives on B2B/B2C opportunities.
  • Expert knowledge of the principles and methods for promoting brands. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, creative direction on event and experience design, brand activations, press upfronts, and product launches
  • Experience with developing creative and content management and presentation delivery techniques.
  • Solid understanding of the intersection between human + brand behavior
  • Possess strong conceptual skills and a high-level sense of idea generation, a broad thinker who can offer a variety of creative solutions for any brand challenge (small to large)
  • Accomplished interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer and inter-company relationship skills.
  • Proven experience in managing small and large creative projects from inception to project closeout, including follow-up methodology.
  • Established ability to manage the creative details of a project while focusing on the highest quality result.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to work flexible hours and overtime, as needed.
  • Required to travel for client meetings, site visits, and presentations.

Our Process

Our interview process is hand crafted to our roles. In general, you can expect to have an initial phone interview with our talent acquisition team and thereafter video interviews with team members and your future manager. We welcome candidates to view our social medial channels and website to extend the conversation beyond the responsibilities of the role.
