THIS IS A REMOTE OPPORTUNITY IN THE US.

Spiro is hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. The Graphic Designer will bring collaborative 2D creative designs and presentations to life. They work with creative teams to incorporate 2D ideation into experiential presentations, adding your 2D creative DNA to a project. They deliver inspiring graphic design thinking that adds value and elegance to a concept and exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities



  • Work in partnership with creative teams to develop 2D solutions and presentations that are considered "best in class" bringing ideas to reality in a timely manner.
  • Support senior creatives to bring 2D ideation to various graphic media with flair and consistency whilst understanding constraints and opportunities within client brand guidelines.
  • Responsible for graphic design on exhibits & events, both physical and hybrid activations as well as delivering exceptional winning PowerPoint presentations and other digital graphic design solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong team-working skills and the ability to support other collaborative partnerships across the global creative network and maintain tight deadlines on projects.
  • Maintain an effective working relationship with all company departments, with particular emphasis on meeting project obligations and commitments.

  • Enthusiastic, energetic attitude.
  • Ability to consolidate creative direction from multiple, and at times disparate, sources
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Expert skills using InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop CC, and Acrobat Pro
  • Work with 3D creatives to supply artwork for inclusion 3D renderings
  • Superior knowledge of typography and design best practices
  • Superb attention to detail and a strong eye for color and symmetry.
  • Ability to quickly improvise designs with varying amounts of existing assets
  • Able to manage concurrent projects and meet aggressive deadlines while working independently
  • Expert photo manipulation skills and ability to optimize images
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent education/experience
  • 5+ years agency design experience
  • Up to 20% travel

Our Process

Our interview process is hand crafted to our roles. In general, you can expect to have an initial phone interview with our talent acquisition team and thereafter video interviews with team members and your future manager. We welcome candidates to view our social medial channels and website to extend the conversation beyond the responsibilities of the role.
