Office Assistant- Inpatient Neuro and Ortho Unit

Schedule Weekly Hours:

Are you a multitasking maestro with a knack for organization? We're on the lookout for a dynamic Office Assistant to bring their clerical and administrative skills to our vibrant team! In this role, you'll provide essential support to management and staff while acting as a friendly liaison between our team and internal/external customers. What You'll Do:

• Maintain and update conference room calendars and daily assignment sheets.
• Enter and manage data in spreadsheets and produce the weekly update.
• Coordinate building orientation schedules and process new hire information.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and assist with meeting setups.
• Manage work orders and support various tasks as identified by the leadership team.

What's Available:

• Full-time, 36 hours/week
• Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm

What you Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to changes
