Essential Functions:

  • Maintain first few weeks in Company Production Schedule
  1. -4 Unassigned
  2. -3 Engineering
  3. -2 OFA
  4. -1 Need Release
  • Work closely to support Project Management.
  1. Delivery Dates
  2. Requirements for professional services departmental work elements
  • On projects with no PM assigned:
  1. Interact with customers to ensure project deliver times are meet
  2. oLead huddles for projects with no PM
  3. Work schedule of projects with no PM assigned
  • Be "go-to person" with schedule related questions - Engineering, OFA, Needs Release
  • Expedite fast track projects through the process - Engineering, OFA, Needs Release
  • Preform all other duties assigned

Requirements

Demonstrated Skills:

  • Must be organized and highly motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a pressurized and fast moving environment
  • Must be able to work efficiently with minimum direction
  • Must be team oriented and enjoy working in a challenging environment
  • Basic design knowledge of electrical systems
  • Understanding of manufacturing throughput, including planning activities

Education and Knowledge

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Understanding of manufacturing workflow, including planning activities.
  • Some formal education in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is a plus

Experience:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Training Requirements:

  • Tesco Controls, Inc. general safety requirement training

Physical Demands:

  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials
  • Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach

Work Environment:

  • Work performed in an office environment
  • Work performed in production/ manufacturing environment
  • Required to travel
