IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Change Management Specialist in either the St Louis, MO, or Naperville, IL office.
The Change Management Specialist will be responsible for managing communication, coordinating rollouts, organizing and facilitating training sessions, and reviewing communication materials to ensure they are clear, accurate, and effective. This role is designed to handle the comprehensive aspects of change management, making sure that all parts of the process are well-coordinated and communicated effectively. The Change Management Specialist will enhance operational efficiency by managing projects and implementing innovative solutions, ensuring smooth adaptation to changes and contributing to the company's success.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage change plans, including tasks, resources, and timelines
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, working closely with project managers and teams to understand and implement changes
  • Assess risks and impacts, identifying potential risks and devising mitigation strategies
  • Create communication pieces and facilitate delivery to technical staff, teams, leadership, clients; ensure all stakeholders are informed about changes and their impacts
  • Monitor KPIs, tracking the implementation of changes and reporting on progress
  • Provide training and support, helping staff adapt to changes through training and support; Work with corporate training team to prioritize curriculum and track training outcomes for all technical staff
  • Evaluate effectiveness, assessing the success of changes and making necessary adjustments
  • Maintain documentation, keeping detailed records of all change management activities

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, required
  • 3 years of experience minimum required, 7 preferred, in a similar role with strong project management skills
  • Experience in the engineering consulting industry preferred
  • Possession of a recognized certification related to Change Management or similar (i.e. CCMP or Prosci's Change Management Certification etc.) preferred
  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship

  • Advanced/Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel up to 30% with occasional overnight stays

Salary Range $85,000.00 - $105,000.00. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
