Quartz is seeking an Employer Wellbeing Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Employer Wellbeing Programs at Quartz. - Starting salary range based upon skills and experience: $91,100 - $113,900 plus robust benefits package
Responsibilities
- Lead employer wellbeing initiatives to improve health outcomes, accessibility, and efficiency
- Manage vendor processes from implementation to completion
- Develop and manage reports to improve member experience, care quality, and reduce costs
- Collaborate with various teams to align wellness initiatives
- Work closely with data and technical teams to support vendor needs and internal workflows
- Manage and track clinical, quality, and coding documentation for program and vendor accountability related to employer wellbeing
- Support budgeting, planning, and process optimization for employer wellness programs
- Responsible for managing stakeholder relationships to foster engagement and program success
- Expands and nurtures cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may impact our partners and our work
- Identifies organizational challenges and develops programs and processes to address them
- Facilitates the creation of reports and dashboards for sales, broker, and employer partners to support data-driven opportunities for improvement and alignment
- Provides strategic consultation, recommendations, and resources to employer groups in collaboration with sales to establish and maintain measurable wellbeing programs
- Develops and delivers content for requested employer health and wellness programs
- Leads the employee wellness committee and collaborates with various committees to ensure corporate support for wellness activities
- Partner with Marketing to develop communication strategies and sales tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, or Related Field, with 5 years of experience in Employer Wellbeing,
- OR Associate's degree in Health Education, Health Promotion, or Related Field, or Related Field, with 8+ years experience in Employer Wellbeing,
- OR High School equivalency with 11 years of experience in Employer Wellbeing
- 3 years of health care teaching and/or training experience
- Certified Health Education Specialist or other Wellness Certification
This position can work in person (Madison, WI or Onalaska, WI), hybrid or remote.
