ResponsibilitiesEnsure platform stability, readiness and support for daily run/sustain activities, along with key selling moments through campaigns and launches. Partner with internal teams to understand business requirements and collaborate across disciplines to integrate with other teams as necessary.Manage projects for tools already in production, including project communications, requirement gathering, work item prioritization, support orchestration, and partner/user relationship management, and run/sustain activities. Participate in daily stand-ups with vendor leads to remove impediments and tackle any challenges faced by users. Define program goals, prioritize features, identify risks, and propose mitigations using data such as telemetry and customer satisfaction metrics. Monitor tool usage, track support incidents, drive improvements in the support process, and collaborate on process improvement opportunities with engineering partners and vendor development teams. Some on-call work may be necessary for outages that may occur. Act as a technical advisor, educate users on tool functionality, hold training sessions, and participate in direct user engagements to gather feedback and understand user experiences. Manage the security needs of the system, track and resolve security issues, validate use-case performance outcomes, and contribute to the tooling roadmap with minimal supervision. Consults on non-standard builds (e.g., understanding tools and how they are built, flexibility within them, how tools are implemented, state of tools within industry). Learns and understands the current state of the industry, including knowledge of tools, techniques, strategies, and processes that can be utilized to improve process efficiency and performance. Maintains knowledge of current trends within the discipline to understand broader requirements. Understands business objectives and aligns to broader platform architecture priorities to set up platform(s) for campaign execution. |
