Location: Bridgewater, NJ - Hybrid, work from home.

Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant with extensive experience on SAP SD, SAP MM - Material Planning and SAP PP modules. Additionally, expertise in Production Scheduling & Planning Batch Manufacturing Process and Demand Planning & Forecasting is required.

• Own the design and implementation of SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Lead all aspects of the integration of SAP SD, SAP MM and SAP PP modules to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide technical expertise in SAP PP-Batch Management and SAP PP-Process Order Execution.
• Ensure efficient execution of SAP PP-Shop Floor Execution processes.
• Implement SAP PP-Variant Configuration to support customized production processes.
• Foster collaboration with teams from different functions to optimize Production Scheduling & Planning.
• Drive improvements in Batch Manufacturing Processes through SAP solutions.
• Apply Demand Planning & Forecasting to improve production efficiency.
• Support the development and maintenance of SAP system documentation.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance and performance.
• Deliver training and support to end-users on SAP functionalities.
• Supervise and resolve system issues to minimize downtime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP SD SAP MM-Material Planning and SAP PP modules.
• Demonstrate expertise in Production Scheduling & Planning and Batch Manufacturing Processes.
• Good experience in Demand Planning and Forecasting.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Show proficiency in system integration and process optimization.
• Have a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.
• Possess good communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications Required: SAP Certified Application Associate - Production Planning & Manufacturing with SAP ERP

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500.00 - $152,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
