Position Title: Production Operator I NA-2 Location: USA-Norcross Position Overview Production Operators implement advanced electronics manufacturing, packaging, and assembly process technologies. Activities include process technology implementation, process quality control data collection, process capability data collection, test implementation and data collection, measurement, maintenance, and assembly. Aspects of the job will also require machine or equipment operation. Primary Responsibilities 1. Through customer satisfaction, continue to improve assembly processes and manufacturing operations. 2. Activities include process technology implementation, operate test equipment, operate assembly equipment, hand solder surface mount and through hole components, hand assembly of electronic components, hand assembly of mechanical components and enclosures, support preventive equipment maintenance, process quality control data collection, process capability data collection, test implementation and data collection, and assembly. 3. Aspects of the job may require equipment operation, basic machine and equipment maintenance. 4. Ensure on-time delivery of projects and services. 5. Recommend and implement necessary actions to drive quality improvements. 6. Implement project and/or process router packages and maintain their content throughout the project. 7. Comply with Quality System procedures. 8. Any other duties as required. Minimum Requirements * Use of office automation equipment including personal computers and office automation software. * Hands-on electronics, optoelectronics, microelectronics or manufacturing skills * Interpersonal skills and team work skills * Working knowledge of electronics/optoelectronics/microelectronics assembly technology and equipment is preferred. * Self-motivated problem-solver capable of locating resources inside and outside of the organization to accomplish operations assignments. * Good oral and written communication skills * Solid organization and time management skills * Experience with ISO 9000 quality procedures Preferred Requirements * Ability to work with and within a team. * Ability to complete assignments accurately and in the required length of time. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is .In addition to your salary, H.B.
