Work Schedule: This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled hours between 7:00am - 8:00pm, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays every 7-8 weeks. We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to: Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.
