Work Schedule:

This is a full-time, 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled hours between 7:00am - 8:00pm, Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays every 7-8 weeks. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Specialist to:



  • Serve as the first point of contact for general information for patients, visitors, and staff to provide a remarkable patient and family experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Work Experience

  • Six months customer service, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Required)
