*Job Description:*
* Assist with special projects regarding medical records * Record medical and administrative information in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures * Organize and maintain medical records in a healthcare setting - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient information * Report to the supervisor of the file room area * Looking for help with offsite document storage - there are pockets of warehouse room, basement, houses, stored records * Each chart has to be data entered on spreadsheet * Need to have own transportation * Willing to lift 30-40 lbs *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
