Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Starting pay: $18.50+ per hour (based on skills & experience) Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour Shift Details: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Core Hours) 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday) Overtime as needed on Friday HHT Benefits starting Day 1 Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) 8 Paid Holidays depending on start date Access to Earnings on a Daily Basis Health Care: full medical, dental, and vision 401k with company match Additional Benefits Quarterly Profit Sharing- Eligible after 1 year of service Paid Parental Leave- Eligible after 1 year of service $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement- Eligible after 1 year of service Tuition Reimbursement- Eligible after 6 months of service Assembler Duties Include Assembly line & work cell positions Using small hand & power tools Operating small machines Job rotation Testing and packaging of finished goods Forming of various metals Repetitive work at a fast pace Requirements Lifting up to 50 lbs.
