  • Training Material Distribution: Oversee the timely distribution of training materials and resources to participants, ensuring that all necessary documents, tools, and equipment are available before and during training.
  • Live Training Support: Provide live support during training sessions by troubleshooting technical issues, assisting trainers with session flow, and ensuring the smooth execution of each session.
  • Attendance and Tracking: Track attendance for "Train the Trainer" and end-user training sessions, gather feedback through surveys or quizzes, and monitor overall training engagement.
  • Session Recording: Coordinate the recording of sessions as needed for future reference or training purposes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Compass training team, trainers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure all training needs are met and that the process remains efficient and well-organized.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the training logistics process and proactively suggest solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training delivery.

You Should Apply if You Bring:

  • Proven experience in coordinating or administering live training events, ideally in a corporate or project-based setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and manage a high volume of logistics-related activities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with trainers, participants, and internal teams.
  • Familiarity with virtual training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.) and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues during live sessions.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with evolving needs.
