Responsibilities



  • Provide support and maintenance for Microsoft Active Directory (including Entra ID) and other core infrastructure systems
  • Administer Windows server infrastructure which includes configuring, installing, upgrading, and hardening in both public and private clouds
  • Work closely with Esri's Corporate Security Team to define standards and maintain security governance and best practices
  • Address requests and incidents in a timely & professional manner
  • Make presentations to management, colleagues, and peers
  • Collaborate with various IT teams to define and document policies, procedures, and processes such as operational run books and system monitoring
  • Flexibility to support other initiatives as needed
  • Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to support essential business clients and emergency situations


Requirements



  • 2+ years of systems administration experience
  • Hands on experience with Active Directory, Certificate Authorities, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, PKI, LDAP, and related core Windows services
  • Knowledge of a scripting language such as PowerShell or Python
  • Knowledge of all Windows Server operating systems including Windows Core OS
  • Working experience with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
  • Knowledge of automation/configuration management tools such as SCCM, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
  • Capable of writing proposals, procedures, policies, and technical documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with system administration tools, applications, and enterprise-wide services
  • Bachelor's in computer science or a related STEM field


Recommended Qualifications



  • Certification(s) in Microsoft (MCSE), Linux, AWS, Azure, VMware
  • Experience with Sailpoint IdentityIQ, AWS, and Azure cloud services
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Experience with IPAM tools such as Men & Mice or Infoblox
  • Experience with DevOps methodology

$68,640 $117,520 USD
