We are looking for Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical or Computer Science Engineers that have some internships and 3 years projects experience in Manufacturing setting!



The Engineers shall utilize his/her skills and knowledge to develop and execute quality control processes, collect feedback from the teams and to revise SOP and make process easier to follow.

General Responsibilities:



  • Develop SOP, Training for NEW SOP and maintain SOP
  • Conduct exam paper for skill qualification
  • Collect feedback from operator, Quality team, and engineering team to revise SOP, make process more human-friendly and efficient
  • Execute quality control processes to resolve problems in production cost-effectively
  • Develop and revise SOP for new process before NPI, considering process, quality and timing
  • Analysis and finding root cause to reduce Failure in our process
  • Ability to analyze, design, Develop and create Excel applications and Data reports
  • Maintain and support existing applications. Identify, analyze and solve complex application and process issues and bugs.
  • Must have exceptional Excel knowledge and apply with a thorough knowledge of statistical knowledge to display relevant data (specifically P-charts).
  • Responsible for QA monitors and QA verifiers to meet qualification requirements



Knowledge and Skills:



  • Detailed oriented, able to concentrate on the work assigned
  • Able to use computer peripherals required to complete testing operations
  • Having ability to communicate and support other department.
  • Need to have sufficient knowledge of the process on the lines already
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Require knowledge for MS Office


Education:

Bachelor of Science of Engineering in the following : Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Science engineering
