Position Title: Stamping Set Up
Wage: $18.00 per hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am-4:00pm QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity for a Stamping Set Up position at a company in Monroe, WI. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Stamping Set Up Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - This is a technical position in the motor assembly area that would require operational knowledge of all aspects of the motor assembly area. - Responsible for the set-up and debugging of machinery for the production assembly teams. This includes, but it is not limited to winders, commutator fuser, powder coating, test equipment, trickle varnisher, ovens, etc. - Requires the ability to read schematics and assembly drawings of various motor and sub-assemblies to make set-ups as required. - Responsible for training operators on the safe operation of equipment. - Do production work as required. - Build or work with engineer or tooling personnel to fabricate tooling for equipment or manufacturing process. - Responsible for notifying the area manager, maintenance, and/or engineering of issues concerning equipment or tooling. - Responsible for tool changes to motor equipment for current orders. monroe@qpsemployment.com About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
