Overview Utah State University invites applications for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) full-time faculty to join our Nursing Department at the Logan, Utah campus. The successful candidate will have a solid background in nursing education and a demonstrated ability to work effectively within teams. Primary duties are teaching (90%) and service (10%). This is a non-tenure track, nine-month academic year position at the Professional Practice Assistant Professor level beginning August 1, 2025. Review of applicants will begin in March 2025 and will continue until the position is filled. This position is not eligible for remote work. Responsibilities Provide concept-based instruction in undergraduate BSN courses, facilitate skills labs, and lead simulation-based instruction. Expertise in classroom and online teaching, leadership, and management education is required. Experience in psychiatric/mental health nursing is a plus. Responsibilities include full-time presence, utilizing current teaching methods and technologies, grading, professional engagement, curriculum development, and service.
