Position Summary

Our team of professionals is dedicated to identifying and mitigating business risks. We have expertise in regulations, team environments, risk assessments, penetration testing, threat management, and client support. The Manager of Operations for Risk Practices optimizes workflows for Cybersecurity services by: Manages invoicing, monthly reconciliation, client relationships. Supervises the Project Management team and project scheduling. Ensures operational efficiency and excellent client service.

What will you do in this role?

• Streamline workflow for Cybersecurity services.

• Manage invoicing accuracy and timeliness.

• Conduct financial reconciliations.

• Maintain strong client relationships.

• Supervise project scheduling.

• Report performance metrics.

• Identify and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

• Participate in cross-functional meetings.

• Use tools like Smartsheets, Basecamp, Connectwise.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

• 5+ years in operations management (technology, cybersecurity, or risk management).

• Experience in invoicing and reconciliation.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent client relationship management.

• Expertise in project management and meeting deadlines.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficiency with relevant software tools.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the midpoint of the salary range for this role is $147,900. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
