Your role at Baxter

The Senior Contract Analyst, Infusion is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the MPT service contract life cycle, including contract entry and management in the ERP System, renewal pricing calculations, and all related reports and projects regarding contract programs. The Senior Contract Analyst will serve as the Subject Matter Expert of the service contract quote to invoice process, supporting the sales and service teams.

What you'll be doing
  • Create, revise, and maintain service contracts in Baxter's ERP system, including point of sale, new business, and renewals.
  • Create, revise, and maintain rental contracts in Baxter's ERP system. Includes order and shipment tracking, billing, and management of rental returns.
  • Coordination of invoicing activities, including contract billing, invoice disputes, and maintaining process integrity with credit requests and processing.
  • Manage the contract renewal process, including reconciliation and co-termination of contracts; analysis, calculation, and creation of renewal proposals; coordination with the sales team and management of CRM opportunity; asset creation and management; and management of special handling and requests.
  • Serve as a primary contact for customer billings, PO management, and coordinating customer service needs
  • Create and maintain pricing schedules in ERP system.
  • Review and coordinate agreement T&Cs with sales, legal and/or finance, as needed.
  • Maintain and manage an organized database of historical contract data
  • Run and analyze reports, as needed, to provide additional contract data to sales and operations.
  • Maintain integrity and compliance of commercial service processes.
  • Support special projects and focus efforts, as needed

  • High to Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
  • Degree preferred, or minimum 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a related field.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base hourly range of $80,000 - $110,000. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/ experience, time in role, business line, and geographic/ office location.
