First-Year Writing

The First-Year Writing Program at Tufts University invites applications for part-time lecturer positions, starting in Fall 2025. Lecturers will teach one or more courses in one academic year on the Medford and/or SMFA campuses. These composition courses are part of the university's foundation requirements and are aimed at ensuring students have the writing skills to succeed at the college level. The program offers special versions of these courses for international students for whom English is an additional language.
