RN with at least 5 years hospital experience required, BSN preferred Active WV RN license required. Related work experience in utilization management, case management, or payer experience preferred Knowledge and proficiency in utilization criteria such as InterQual or MCG Demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize workload. Ability to exercise clinical judgment and autonomous decision making. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills. Knowledge of community resource
