This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, resourceful professional eager to make a meaningful impact on marketing initiatives for Amplify's core literacy programs, including Amplify CKLA and Amplify Caminos. The Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting cross-functional teams, creating and managing essential marketing resources, and ensuring consistent communication and messaging across channels. This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, collaborates effectively with other teams, and contributes to strategic initiatives. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to balance competing priorities, and strong communication to maintain alignment and drive impactful results. Essential Responsibilities:
Write, edit, and manage collateral such as one-pagers, brochures, webpages, and FAQs to clearly and effectively present product information to diverse audiences.
Conduct research to gather competitor insights and market trends, synthesizing findings to inform strategies, messaging, and sales enablement tools.
Partner with Product, Sales, and broader Marketing teams to create and maintain materials that showcase our programs' value and support go-to-market strategies.
Assist in the development and organization of print and digital sampling solutions, ensuring alignment with product messaging and meeting the needs of reviewers and pilots.
Oversee updates to internal and external marketing channels, ensuring materials are accurate, consistent, and easily accessible for internal teams and customers. Minimum Qualifications:
