The Enterprise Training Consultant (ETC) will identify opportunities to develop/initiate programs designed to enhance and address business units training and performance needs. These programs will be delivered primarily to all levels of personnel across the company. The ETC will work closely with management to identify changing performance requirements and needs, evaluate the efficiency of inter/intra-departmental processes, and recommend solutions to more effectively and efficiently implement skilled-based learning to meet customer and business requirements. In addition, the ETC will attend unit meetings and other organizational meetings to support departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years training experience or adult education required.
  • High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred.
  • Ability to conduct quality assurance monitoring/coaching preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in a Technology, Customer Service, Internal Operations or Medical Services environment in an HMO, Managed Care Organization, Indemnity or Health Related Industry required.
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective written curriculum/training/desk level materials required.
  • Working knowledge of curriculum development, group facilitation or project management is required. Ability to conduct on-going analysis of programs and implement enhancements to ensure customer satisfaction is preferred.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of various instructional strategies such as: case studies, lectures, web-based learning, discussions, simulations, skill demonstration, and use of audiovisual equipment are required.
  • Demonstrate highly effective verbal communication skills. Demonstrates, instructor led skills, creativity, modeling CDPHP core values, enthusiasm, clarity, and conciseness. Demonstrated ability in providing feedback in a constructive, positive format promoting results-oriented actions.
  • In-depth understanding and demonstration of exemplary customer service and the impact it has on employee performance and the company bottom line.
  • Strong working knowledge of Web-based Systems, Host Claims/Benefits/Eligibility System or Electronic Documentation System required. Experience with ACD call system preferred. Microsoft Word and PowerPoint experience required. Microsoft Excel preferred. Use of Software Authoring Tools preferred.

CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
