Cash Office/Ticket Control Associate Bloomington, MN, USA Req #948 Friday, January 31, 2025 PURPOSE: To support and regulate cash control for the operational areas of Nickelodeon Universe, Moose Mountain, Mall of America Retail stores, and Mall of America Guest Service desks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: MIMO paperwork, reconciliations, bank deposits, vault balancing, coupon auditing, balancing credit cards, handling chargebacks, researching cash differences and cash run in both Theatre and NU Park Distribute/return gift cards, pass bags, movie tickets, group sales/customer tickets, answer questions and vending run Monitor cash inventory in MIMO's and troubleshooting cash jams Lost and found pickup/return, research to locate guests, phone calls and purging Work with group sales/marketing to fulfill gift card orders, print bulk tickets orders and apply payments to invoices within Order Entry in Galaxy. Maintain files and mail and/or deliver tickets to the correct dept. Performs routine preventative maintenance on cash handling equipment. Ability to trouble shoot issues with equipment and follow through with installing parts, working with support to ensure machines are functioning properly. Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the facility. Projects as assigned Regular, reliable and consistent attendance Additional duties as assigned. PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Must be at least 18 years of age 2-3 years of cash handling experience Accounting skills preferred Ability to process information and properly document Excellent multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and communication skills Ability to be timely and work well under pressure PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: Stoop/squat- Frequently 10% Ability to lift up to 50 lbs- sporadically 5% Sit- Frequently 50% Stand- Frequently 50% Repetitive motion- Frequently 50% Move about quickly- Frequently 50% Reach at or above shoulder level- Frequently 10 % Reach at or below shoulder level- Frequently 75% Starting pay: $15 Pay is based on many aspects which vary based on position.
