You Are:

You are an experienced leader with a strong understanding of the entire IC design flow from architectural definition through physical implementation and signoff with a focus on low power and energy efficiency. You are intimately familiar with the power analysis market, low power design techniques and methodologies, customer requirements, and industry landscape. You exhibit solid cross-functional skills to work with senior customer engineering management, Synopsys' leadership, and collaborate with strong R&D and Product Engineering teams. You thrive in the EDA or semiconductor sector as a senior product manager or marketer - ideally in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and executing product strategy, product roadmap, marketing campaigns, and customer adoptions for Synopsys' end-to-end power analysis products from emulation to RTL to signoff.
  • Tracking engagement pipeline and key milestones to meet goals through cross-functional collaboration and driving business and technical objectives.
  • Creating compelling presentations and driving the development of other content, such as blogs, videos, webinars, and advertisement material.
  • Serving as a low power and energy efficiency subject matter expert internally and externally, interacting with customers and field teams.
  • Monitoring market and competitive trends, feeding insights back into product and leadership teams to adjust strategies and execution as needed.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Driving Synopsys' leadership in energy efficient and low power design through innovative product strategies.
  • Directing the technical product roadmap development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Creating impactful marketing and customer campaigns, outbound initiatives, and compelling collateral to elevate product visibility.
  • Providing market and competitive insights to perform strategic adjustments and maintain a competitive edge.

What You'll Need:

  • Expert knowledge and passion for low power and energy efficient design; keen awareness of the power analysis market and the ecosystem.
  • 12+ years of relevant EDA/design experience, specifically in product management or marketing.
  • BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or similar; MBA a plus.
  • Strong collaborative and cross-functional skills to work in a matrix environment with solid organizational skills and a flexible mindset.
  • Excellent presentation, oral/written communication skills in English, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders both within and outside the company.

The Team You'll Be a Part Of:

You will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative team focused on driving Synopsys' leadership in the low power and energy efficient design area. In addition to you as the product management leader, this team is composed of experts in R&D, Product Engineering, and Field Applications Engineering, all working together to drive success via customer adoption of Synopsys power analysis products.

The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
