Job Overview Ingersoll Rand's Pump Business Unit, a leader in high-quality, reliable pumps, is growing! To strengthen our industry leadership, we've created a brand-new position. If you're a proactive professional that brings a solid regulatory background in an ISO manufacturing environment, our Regulatory Coordinator role is your chance to drive compliance excellence in an industry-leading team. This pivotal role ensures our pumps meet the highest legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, positioning you at the forefront of compliance, quality management, and internal auditing. You will lead key initiatives overseeing adherence to ISO, ABS, ATEX, UL, REACH, RoHS, and other critical regulatory frameworks. By conducting internal audits, evaluating quality processes, and implementing best practices, you'll drive operational excellence and strengthen compliance strategies. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will influence teams to uphold integrity, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of accountability. More than managing projects and navigating regulatory landscapes, this role is about driving strategic compliance initiatives, shaping industry standards, and delivering lasting impact with confidence. Responsibilities: The Regulatory Coordinator will examine, evaluate, and investigate eligibility for conformity with laws and regulations governing contract compliance of licenses and permits, and perform internal audits and other compliance and enforcement inspection and analysis activities not classified elsewhere.
