Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst



Location(s):
Washington, DC

The Digital Marketing Analyst plays a vital role in providing digital support tthe Marketing and Communications department. This individual will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Advisor, Digital Marketing Strategy timplement website content updates and provide digital administrative support, such as compiling analytics reports. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, detail-oriented multi-tasker and self-starter with excellent communication skills and can work well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build pages and update content on client website (including internal intranet pages).
  • Coordinate content creation and publication schedules with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with SEand Social media teams tcreate meta tags.
  • Ensure web pages follow SEbest practices and copy style guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and fix broken links and pages.
  • Build new web pages using design mock-ups from concept tinception.
  • Ability tapply insights tweb pages and recommend new features tenhance the user experience (UX) when applicable.
  • Proactively Recommend and execute ways timprove UX with new, enhanced web features.


Digital Operations


  • Serve as a central resource for digital operations support and marketing metrics, including reporting/analytics support and collaborating with Sr. Advisor, Digital Marketing Strategy timplement new website capabilities as they become available.


Experience:


  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with experience in asset and content management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager preferred).


Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency with using asset and content management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Wordpress, Drupal, Confluence).
  • Experience using self-guided videtraining tlearn how tbuild web pages and create new components.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools and developing actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in PC platforms for file manipulation (Microsoft Office Suite) and Adobe Creative Suites programs such as Photoshop (nice thave) and Adobe Acrobat.


Additional Skills:


  • Experience in a matrix-management environment and ability tdirect individuals and teams without direct management responsibilities of such individuals and teams.
  • Excellent attention tdetail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability twork independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness tlearn new technologies.
  • Ability tprioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability tlearn quickly and work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability ttroubleshoot and proactively resolve technical issues.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Self-starter, resourceful in seeking solutions or trainings as needed.
