Are you interested in gaining hands-on experience in advancing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and contributing to a more inclusive workplace this summer? The DNV North America DEI Program Management Office is seeking a DEI Summer Intern to join our team in Summer of 2025. This role will focus on developing communications, learning content, and presentations, as well as leveraging data and data analytics for storytelling. The DEI Summer Intern role will be a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either the Katy, TX; Medford, MA; or Oakland, CA USA offices. The role will report directly into the North America DEI Program Management Leader based in our Katy, TX office. What You'll Do The DEI Intern's primary role will be to support the North America DEI Program Management Leader with the design, execution, evaluation and communication of programs, initiatives, and projects that help foster a more inclusive, equitable workplace culture, in alignment with our organizational strategy, global DEI ambition, and regional DEI goals.
