Responsibilities Peraton is hiring a Systems Engineer Technical Task Order (TTO) Lead to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Jessup, MD. As a systems engineer on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide Engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at the customer site. As a Systems Engineer TTO Lead on our team you will lead a task order and perform as a manager for Peraton employees and subcontractor personnel assigned to a specific mission domain area. You will manage experienced professionals working in various customer spaces providing specialized engineering support; and provide technical leadership and guidance to support the application of System Engineering and Architecture (SE&A) processes and tools to solve technical problems and achieve desired mission outcomes. You will determine candidates for employment/termination, conduct performance evaluations and salary reviews for assigned staff and be responsible for the application of company and program policies. You will resolve personnel issues as needed which may involve time, attendance, or policies. You will interact with government leadership for staffing, personnel and financial concerns to ensure cost, schedule and performance goals are met. You will report Technical Task Order status on a weekly and monthly basis, update Technical Task Order Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and brief Technical Task Order accomplishments to program personnel monthly. You will also conduct financial analysis on your Technical Task Order monthly utilizing provided program financial reports. Qualifications Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or other related discipline plus at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master's degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.

Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
