IT PMO Supervisor IT Project Management Full Time 83692BR Job Summary Receives technical project management assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Provides direction to staff according to established policies and management guidance. Administers policies that directly affect subordinate staff. Recommends changes to department policies and practices. Identifies risks and responds accordingly. Provide priority setting and workflow analysis. Works with IT PMO director to set and enforce PMO standards. Directly manages 5-10 project managers in support of Enterprise Application-related projects (supporting the Enterprise Application, IT Education, and IT Research organizations). Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $105,900 - $225,900 (Annual Rate). Additionally, UCSF IT works closely with a variety of more specialized departmentally-based IT services to provide common services, IT architectures, and frameworks in the areas of infrastructure technology, integration/interfaces, information management (e.g. master data management, clinical data warehousing), security, enterprise systems of record and IT service management processes and tools. UCSF IT is actively engaged at the UC System level to identify and implement leveraged solutions and services but also to leverage the experience and skillset across the UC system to meet the rapidly escalating information technology needs of the institution. This offers employees the opportunity to be exposed to and engaged in a broad swath of the UC business and advanced technologies and professionals within UCSF and the UC System.
