Job Summary:
The Technical Product Manager
will lead project planning, product development, and stakeholder engagement
while ensuring the successful delivery of digital products. The role requires strong technical aptitude, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
to optimize product performance and user experience. The ideal candidate will excel in product backlog management, scope prioritization (cost vs. value), and iterative MVP development and release.
What You Need to Bring to the Table/ Required Knowledge & Skills:
Industry Experience:
Hospitality, eCommerce, or Information Technology.
Project Management:
Successfully led web and mobile projects, ensuring integration with back-end systems and IT teams.
Leadership:
Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and coach cross-functional teams.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of digital platforms, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
Analytics & Optimization:
Experience in tracking KPIs and leveraging data insights
to enhance user engagement.
Business & Market Insight:
Deep knowledge of market trends, competition, and business strategies.
Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Suite
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience managing web content using enterprise CMS platforms. - Digital Analytics Platforms
- Google Analytics, Full Story, Quantum Metrics. - Project Management Tools
- Jira, Basecamp, VersionOne. - Project Estimation & Execution
- Experience in estimating and managing digital product development projects.
What You'll Be Doing/
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership (15%)
- Lead project planning, tracking, and coordination.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and resource allocation.
Feature Development (20%)
- Define and prioritize product features based on business value and user needs.
- Oversee iterative MVP development and release.
Stakeholder Engagement (15%)
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements.
- Communicate product updates and collect feedback throughout development.
Requirements & User Stories (15%)
- Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure alignment with business goals and development teams.
Issue Management (10%)
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proactively address development and execution challenges.
Technical Aptitude (15%)
- Guide technical discussions, architecture, and implementation.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Metrics & Analytics (10%)
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Utilize analytics data
to assess and optimize product performance.
