Job Title: Portfolio Project Management
Location(s): Richmond, VA (Remote)
- Experience in completing project documentation (PID, Project Charter, Business Requirements Documents, Project Plans, Meeting minutes, Budget trackers and creating project dashboard and status reports). Experience working on/running IT infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with Smartsheets for creating and maintaining project plans desired. Mastery of working with Microsoft Project for creating and maintaining project plans a must. PMM or Agile certification is a plus 8+ years of experience
- The resources will provide project support for the CTO project portfolio.
- The resources should have 8+ years of experience being on projects in the information technology space.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure (network, server, workstation) will be a plus.
- The Project Lead will work closely with the Program Manager to provide day-to-day support of 2-3 projects.
- Accountabilities include but not limited to: Developing and maintaining project management documentation (e.g. project plan, system development plan, test plan, budget, status reports and dashboards).
- Meeting recaps to project team. Recording meeting minutes and sending out after each meeting.
- Tracking weekly team progress. Identifying and tracking risks and issues Facilitating meetings as necessary.
