Position Summary: The Customer Engagement Specialist is a key member of the Marketing and Communications team that helps manage and develop customer experiences: support for Donated Goods Retail (DGR) customer engagement, loyalty program, database administration, responding to and resolving customer inquiries and implementation of marketing strategies to increase customer engagement. Responsibilities include engagement strategies using Salesforce, social media platforms, point of sale system and other technology to develop deeper connections between GESMN and its customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, use of technology to support strategy and high-level duties based on comprehensive knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
