Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location(s): Jersey City, NJ Project Manager Job Description: Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of multiple projects on time and within scope. Manage deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Create document libraries to support / drive reporting for senior management. Communicate and Coordinate with internal teams in support of team VP. Work directly with internal clients to ensure deliverables across all projects. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and highlight overlap or conflicts. Perform a variety of tasks in support of team VP. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Skills required: Extensive project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives that require outside the box thinking. Excels in SharePoint, including but not limited to Site creation capabilities, use of content management tools and ability to build/manage large document "libraries". Excellent in MS Office 365 applications and integration options. Strong time management skills. Sourcing experience / Contract negotiation skills a plus but not a requirement, Technology Sourcing experience. Ability to engage and interact with functional leads.
