We're looking for a results-orientedSenior Legal Operations Specialist, Billing & Vendor Managementto join Procore's Legal, Regulatory & Compliance (LRC) Department. In this role, you'll drive collaboration between LRC and outside counsel, managing sensitive communications and supporting key stakeholder relationships across the department. To succeed in this role, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving complex operational challenges, adapt to changing priorities and business and organizational needs, and have a passion for improving legal service delivery through technology and process optimization. As aSenior Legal Operations Specialist, Billing & Vendor Management,you'll partner with various internal stakeholders, including LRC, Finance, IT, Procurement, Accounts Payable, the People Organization, and third-party service providers, to drive scalable cross-functional process improvements and multiple initiatives simultaneously. The ideal candidate can deliver responsive solutions spanning a wide range of topics while fostering operational excellence and continuous improvement in delivering legal services across the organization. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Legal Operations. It can be remote or based in one of Procore's U.S. office locations. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. What you'll do

Base Pay Range $81,360 - $111,870. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation.
