M1 is looking for a Production Expediter Supervisor:
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Production Expediter Supervisors work for the Lead Production Super and AMU Management.
* Supervise, manage, control, and direct resources to accomplish maintenance.
* Ensures maintenance accomplished on all assigned aircraft by coordinating maintenance activities within the AMU and outside support
agencies.
* Ensures strict adherence to technical data and maintenance procedures.
* Know, understand and comply with the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement.
* Tracks, as a minimum, the following aircraft status information: aircraft serial number, location, priority, status and ETIC,
configuration, OAP condition codes, fuel load, munitions load, and remarks.
* Ensure timely and accurate aircraft status (e.g., discrepancies, WUC/Logistics Control Number (LCN), ETIC, job completion) and
configuration status is reported IAW AFI 21-103 to the Pro Super and MOC.
* Manage the maintenance production effort by assigning priorities and personnel to meet the flying and maintenance schedules.
* Coordinates technical guidance from managers, leads, or engineers as required.
* Assists in maintenance management analysis to determine root causes for quality assurance findings and incidents.
* Review 781 series forms and associated MIS systems for assigned aircraft. Perform all other functions as required IAW AFI 21-101.
* Provides technical guidance and direction to technicians as required.
* Will be required to obtain and maintain special certifications as directed by management to include but limited to: Exceptional release,
Impound authority, MICAP authority, etc.
* Reviews and completes forms documentation pertinent to aircraft or equipment maintenance, enters maintenance actions into applicable
MIS system and will make entries in forms, logs, records or electronic equivalent as required.
* Provide assistance writing/initiating engineering technical assistance requests. May be tasked to perform investigations into
maintenance mishaps.
* Function as Swing shift and Mid shift supervisor when dealing with personnel assigned to APG/Specialist section.
* Performs Production Supervisor duties (will not perform Expediter and Production Supervisor duties simultaneously)
* Leads Maintenance Recovery Teams (MRTs) of maintenance personnel when designated by AMU Management.
Specific Requirements:
* Must speak, read, write, and understand English.
* Minimum 10 years hands on aircraft maintenance experience with at least 3 years supervisory experience and 3 years aircraft production
experience on F-16s.
* Minimum of 1 year in the last 3 on F-16s.
* Civilian aviation license or equivalent military technical training certificate.
* Must be able to work day shift, night shift or weekend duty and travel as part of a maintenance recovery team as required.

* Must deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner. Must have an in depth working
knowledge of aircraft safety directives, aircraft/vehicle movement, flight line operations, aircraft technical orders/job guides/publications
(read, interpret, follow and comprehend schematics, diagrams, drawings, charts and technical publications).
* Must have a working knowledge of computers (input/extract data) and basic computer software programs such as Word, Outlook, Power
Point, and Excel.
* Obtain/maintain aircraft/equipment Red X/IPI/ER certification.
* Obtain/maintain security clearance. Current valid U.S. Driver's License.
* Environment ranges from office-like to hangar and flight line.
* Extensive sitting to climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.
