Start Date TBD Contract FT Novosel AMS Salary Range DOE Posting Date 2/5/25 Union No FLSA Status Exempt Shift Work Possible FT/PT Full-time Relocation No Travel Possible M1 is looking for a Maintenance Data Analyst (MMA) Position Description: * Keeps senior management informed by preparing reports on system performance and problems. * Oversees, implements, and performs AFI 21-101 (and AETC sup) MMA requirements * Maintains database performance by troubleshooting and rectifying problems. * Secures database by utilizing transaction profiles, procedures, and controls. * Develops and sustains a culture of safety, quality compliance, and professionalism. * Ensures compliance with directives, technical manuals, work standards, and safety procedures. * Reviews aircraft status and flying accomplishment for accuracy and ensures corrections are made. * Compiles statistical rates required by Higher Headquarters, senior management, and PWS. * Submits reports in accordance with PWS and Higher Headquarters Instructions. * Conducts special studies as requested/required by senior management and government agencies. Additional Requirements: * Must have at least 7 level experience in 2R0 career field. * Must be highly skilled in data maintenance, and database management. * Able to obtain/maintain security clearance as required by PWS. * Must be proficient in MS Office. * Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English. * Must be able to move about both inside aircraft hangars and outside on aircraft ramps within close proximity of running equipment and aircraft. * Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines while maintaining a professional and non-confrontational attitude.
