Job Overview: Directs and organizes the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize profits. This F&B Supervisor position has an emphasis and focus on Restaurant Floor, service, guest satisfaction, and banquet events. Compensation: $27-31 depending on experience Responsibilities and Duties: * Oversee banquet events as supervisor on duty for F&B department, ensuring banquet captain and team has event set-up correctly and ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with preparing final banquet check * Clearly describe, assign, train and work with the culinary team to ensure positive partnership with the team to ensure guest satisfaction.
