Nurse Recruiter

Job Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Recruiter Human Resources, the Nurse Recruiter performs recruitment for specific positions of internal and external candidates and guides managers through the recruitment process.Resources candidates and works with advertising on innovative ways to attract talentto meet employment objectives by formulating and implementing long and short-term goals and strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience
  • Minimum one year with recruitment, interviewing and hiring processes, preferably with hospitalstaffing experience.
  • Medical Surgical Hospital RN experience is highly preferred.
• Licensure and/or Certification
  • RN License preferable
• Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
