Description Position at Hearth & Home Technologies, LLC Position Details Starting pay: $19.25 per hour (based on skills & experience) Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour Shift Details: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM (Core Hours) 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday - Thursday) Overtime as needed on Friday HHT Benefits starting Day 1 Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date) 8 Paid Holidays depending on start date Access to Earnings on a Daily Basis Health Care: full medical, dental, and vision 401k with company match Additional Benefits Quarterly Profit Sharing- Eligible after 1 year of service Paid Parental Leave- Eligible after 1 year of service $10,000 Adoption / Surrogacy Reimbursement- Eligible after 1 year of service Tuition Reimbursement- Eligible after 6 months of service Mold Tech Duties Include Selecting appropriate log/concrete refractory forms to ensure proper application Releasing formed log from mold checking for quality Maintaining proper amounts of base product in a log forming tank Using paint guns to paint logs and refractory, highlight logs with paint to give them a genuine wood appearance Cleaning and maintaining log machine/mixer and molds daily Perform box-out and packaging process as needed. May be required to rotate in other production lines as part of regular rotation or as needed Complete all quality and safety procedures and documentation. Willing and able to wear proper PPE as required such as dust mask, wet boots, gloves, and sleeves Experience working in a repetitive, fast-paced, hands-on environment Job Requirements Lifting up to 50 lbs.
