Health Information Assistant

• Make an Impact! Our Health Information Assistant II (HIA II) is responsible for facilitating the timely processing of the clinical record for the Home Care Network. The HIA II is responsible for the processing of the clinical record from the start of care to permanent storage. This position requires the ability to problem solve admission and discharge discrepancies. Duties include loose report sorting and filing, making correction labels, purging of records for storage, tracking of clinical records, and preparing charts for discharge. The HIAII is responsible for processing payroll.

Position: Health Information Assist II, Radnor Corporate Center
Shift: Full-time, Day Shift (8:30am-5pm); Occasional/As-Needed weekend coverage

Education: A High School diploma or Graduate Equivalence Diploma (GED).

Experience: Candidates should have experience with high call volume, general administrative duties and strong customer service skills.
