Survey CAD Technician I

Merrick & Company is seeking career and quality minded individuals for challenging projects including all types of Boundary, GPS, Photogrammetry, Easement/Right of Way, ALTAs, Topographic and As-Built Surveys. Qualified candidates will be responsible for performing survey related research, performing survey calculations, and creating final survey deliverables. Successful candidate will work under direct supervision of a Land Surveyor. This is a full-time position based out of our Greenwood Village (Denver metro), CO office.

The typical pay range for this position is $19 - $24 per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Local candidates only!

• Drafting monumented land survey plats.
• Drafting topographical and contour maps.
• Working with HDS point clouds.
• Assisting with field assignments, as needed.

• Must have one (1) year land survey experience or Associates or Technical Two-year degree in a related field.
• Must be proficient in utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Must have a basic understanding land surveying.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Merrick's insurance carrier.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
