Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide management oversight for contractors and consultants, focusing on cost, schedule, and daily project activities.
• Lead the design process to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Conduct scheduled meetings to review project status and create punch lists.
• Support customer activities related to installation, modification, and upgrades to facilities.
• Develop and recommend schematics, designs, specifications, and material lists.
• Oversee on-site installation and upgrades of equipment, ensuring compliance with testing procedures.
• Create project schedules and assign tasks to meet project timelines.
• Ensure fulfillment of maintenance contracts and proper documentation of services.
• Facilitate working groups to address project requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates and programming data to support facility missions.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with government and contractor engineers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Experience:

• 10+ years of professional experience in Program/Project Management.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting installation drawings, safety rules, and procedure manuals.
• Strong writing skills for reports and correspondence.
• Effective communication skills for group presentations and discussions.
• Ability to address problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with interpersonal skills for engaging with customers, team members, and management.
• Self-starter with the ability to work under general direction in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
