POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has a dynamic opportunity for a Program Manager in Arlington, VA to lead and oversee professional support services for the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). The Program Manager will be responsible for managing contract performance, ensuring compliance with all program requirements, and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders to support the OIG's mission. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in federal oversight functions, program management, and professional services delivery.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.



  • Track all task order performance
  • Resolve any performance issues that cannot be resolved at the task order level
  • Ensure vacant positions are filled promptly without any disruption to the Government
  • Oversee the contract transition and record keeping
  • Ensure quality service is provided at every task order level
  • Oversee the task order manager(s)
  • Provide overall management and strategic direction for professional support services under the task orders
  • Develop and implement work plans, ensuring alignment with OIG priorities and objectives
  • Oversee task execution, deliverables, and performance metrics to maintain contract compliance and operational excellence
  • Serve as the liaison between the IDIQ Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and the contractor management, and execute all transitions ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor project schedules, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure contract success
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and contract requirements
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to address program challenges


Pay Range:$143,533 to $176,037 Annually

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Top Secret clearance
  • Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of five years of contract management experience in a federal contracting environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills


Preferred Qualifications or Skills:



  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent program management certification preferred
  • Experience in program management, preferably supporting federal oversight agencies such as OIG, GAO, or similar organizations
  • Experience working with the OIG or similar federal oversight entities
