Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Manager to lead the operational excellence of our Treasury Management product team. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, processes are well-documented, and our product managers are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in developing procedures, and a passion for training and empowering teams. Key Responsibilities Project Management
- Coordinate and manage project timelines for treasury management product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
- Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies while providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and compliance, to drive project execution.
Procedure Development
- Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures and documentation for treasury management products and processes.
- Standardize workflows to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Regularly review and update procedures to reflect changes in products, systems, or regulations.
Training and Enablement
- Design and deliver training programs for product managers, focusing on best practices, process adherence, and operational excellence.
- Create user-friendly training materials, including guides, presentations, and reference documents.
- Serve as a go-to resource for product managers, providing coaching and support on operational processes.
Operational Support
- Act as a liaison between product management and operational teams to address process-related challenges.
- Assist in onboarding new product managers, ensuring they are fully trained on tools, procedures, and expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in product-related workflows and implement solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in treasury management, product management, and/or project management.
- Experience in developing procedures, managing timelines, or conducting training programs.
- Familiarity with treasury management products (e.g., ACH, wire transfers, lockbox, etc.).
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating procedural documentation and training materials.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or equivalent.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to treasury management products.
