Position Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Management Product Manager to lead our Payments Team, overseeing Receivables, Payables, and Merchant Services product lines. This strategic leadership role is responsible for driving product innovation, enhancing client experiences, optimizing revenue growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of treasury management solutions, a track record of delivering market-leading payment products, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Innovation



  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for Receivables, Payables, and Merchant Services, aligning with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Lead product lifecycle management, including enhancements, new product development, and sunset strategies.
  • Identify emerging payment technologies, including real-time payments (RTP), FedNow, virtual cards, and AI-driven automation, to drive innovation.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and conduct benchmarking to maintain a strong market position.



Revenue Growth & Market Expansion



  • Define and implement strategies to increase product adoption, transaction volume, and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Sales and Market Execution teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish pricing strategies and revenue models that balance profitability with competitive positioning.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives within Treasury Management and broader bank solutions.



Client Experience & Operational Efficiency



  • Work closely with Implementation, Support, and Technology teams to enhance customer experience and streamline payment processing.
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives, focusing on automation and self-service capabilities.
  • Lead voice-of-customer (VoC) programs, gathering insights to improve product usability and value.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Receivables, Payables, and Merchant Services for a holistic client payment experience.


Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Management



  • Stay up to date on payment regulations, compliance requirements, and fraud prevention strategies.
  • Work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management teams to ensure all payment solutions adhere to industry and regulatory standards (e.g., Nacha, PCI-DSS, FedNow guidelines).
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies, particularly around fraud prevention and payment security.



Leadership & Team Collaboration



  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on treasury payments, providing thought leadership across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Technology, and Sales teams to align product strategy with corporate goals.
  • Represent the company in industry conferences, client forums, and vendor engagements.



Qualifications



  • 7+ years of experience in treasury management, product management, or financial services, with a focus on payments
  • Expertise in Receivables, Payables, and Merchant Services, including digital payment solutions, RTP, ACH, wires, and card processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payment regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
  • Proven track record in product development, revenue growth, and go-to-market execution.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and clients.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) designation.
  • Experience with APIs and payment technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with ISO 20022, FedNow, B2B payments automation and payment infrastructure modernization.
