Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Treasury Management Receivables Product Manager to drive the development, enhancement, and management of select receivables solutions. This individual will play a key role in delivering innovative products/services that meet the evolving needs of our clients, optimize cash flow management, and strengthen our position as a treasury management services provider.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of receivables products, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development and Management



  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of receivables products such as remote deposit capture (RDC) and e-Invoice Presentment and Payment (EIPP).
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with the bank's overall goals and client needs.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and market competitiveness in receivables solutions.



Client-Focused Solutions



  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders (sales, relationship managers, and implementation teams) to understand client requirements and pain points.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable product features that improve usability and value.
  • Ensure products meet the specific needs of various industries, from small businesses to large corporations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to support sales efforts and client engagements.



Market Analysis and Insights



  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our offerings against market leaders and identify gaps.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in receivables and payments to guide product roadmaps.
  • Stay ahead of advancements in digital payment platforms and fintech innovations.



Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement



  • Partner with technology, operations, and compliance teams to design, implement, and enhance products.
  • Work closely with market execution and marketing teams to develop product positioning, promotional materials, and training for sales teams.


Performance Monitoring



  • Define and track product performance metrics, including revenue growth/product profitability, adoption rates, and client satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate product effectiveness and propose improvements based on client feedback and performance data.



Qualifications:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years in treasury management, product management, or financial services, with a focus on receivables or payments.
    • Proven track record of developing and managing successful financial products.


  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of receivables processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with payment systems, ERP integrations, and financial technology platforms.





Preferred Qualifications:



  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or equivalent.
  • Experience working with fintech or digital receivables platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
