What You Will Do Forescout has an excellent opportunity for a strategic and business-focused Director of Global Customer Marketing and Advocacy to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world- changing team. The Director, Global Customer Marketing and Advocacy will lead the development and execution of customer marketing strategies and programs to drive expansion, engagement, and advocacy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of account-based marketing, customer behavior, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in customer marketing and advocacy. This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is part of the Marketing Leadership Team. In this role you will: Develop strategies and campaigns to generate pipeline growth, expand existing accounts, and attach additional products and services. Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement. Lead the customer advocacy program to foster advocacy and drive retention. Analyze, measure and report on the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing and advocacy. Leadership-level: Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees and recommends changes to sub-unit, unit, or discipline policies. Works consistently with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business, identifying and evaluating fundamental issues, and providing strategy and direction for multiple functional areas. Works on complex issues where problems are not clearly defined and where fundamental principles do not fully apply What You Will Bring We encourage you to apply if you meet most but not all the desired skills and experience listed in this job posting. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer marketing and advocacy. Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer marketing strategies including ABM campaigns. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong writer and clear communicator. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Experience managing customer reference programs, customer advisory boards, and customer success stories. Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
